Returnable Items: Most items sold on www.iferi.com are returnable within 3 days of receipt of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items must be in new and unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
Items that are not returnable include final sale items, custom-made or personalized items, and items that have been used or damaged.

Refunds: We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will share instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund.

Shipping Fees: If the return is a result of our error or a defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is not a result of our error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
